Katherine LoBianco joined the Dellutri Law Group, P.A. in April, 2008.

She was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and received her Bachelor of Arts in English at the Florida State University in 1999. In 2004, she graduated from Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, Katherine interned at Bay Area Legal Services assisting the indigent of the Tampa Bay area in legal matters. She also participated in the Public Defender Clinic leading to the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers awarding her their Scholarship Award for 2003-2004.

Katherine began her legal career at the State Attorney's Office as a prosecutor where she prosecuted all types of misdemeanors from petit thefts to DUI. She also worked in the Domestic Violence Unit where advocating on behalf of violence victims gave her a deeper appreciation for citizens' needs for quality representation in the legal system.

Eventually, Katherine left the State Attorney's Office for private practice as a criminal defense attorney working for a sole practitioner. Concentrating her practice largely on DUI and other criminal traffic offenses, she gained countless hours of courtroom experience in motion practice and jury trials.

Katherine has been active in the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and participated as an attorney advisor for Mariner High School in the Lee County Bar Association sponsored 15th Annual Lee County High School Mock Trial Competition, an experience she plans to repeat this year.

Katherine is excited to be expanding her practice area into consumer advocacy. Protecting consumer rights and shielding clients from creditor abuse through the fundamental protections of the Bankruptcy Codes and Rules has added an exciting new aspect to her lifelong passion for advocating on behalf of the public.

When not at work Katherine is enjoying the company of her fiancee and two dogs at her home in Cape Coral.
