John C. Webb is an associate attorney at The Dellutri Law Group, licensed to practice law in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator.

Mr. Webb is a graduate of Northwestern State University (B.S. Business Administration & B.G.S. in Liberal Arts). In 2007, he graduated from the St. Thomas University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree. While in law school, Mr. Webb was a member of the St. Thomas University Law Review and the Moot Court Team, and served as the President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. In addition, he served as Supervisor for the law school's VITA ("Volunteer Income Taxpayer Assistance") Program, and was recognized for committing 200+ hours of pro bono work to the program. After graduating from law school, Mr. Webb earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation degree from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2008.

Mr. Webb has experience in a variety of areas of the law, including Bankruptcy, Consumer Protection, Foreclosure Defense, Taxation, and Sports & Entertainment Law. In addition, he has worked in other areas involving issues related to Personal Injury, Criminal Law, and Family Law matters.

Mr. Webb has worked with a number of professional and amateur sports organizations, including the Chicago Cubs professional baseball team and the Louisiana High School Athletic Association. Mr. Webb has been acknowledged for his contributions to the area of Sports & Entertainment Law, speaking at the Sport Entertainment & Venues Tomorrow (SEVT) Conference a the University of South Carolina on the topic of his law review article entitled "The Right of Publicity in Amateur Athletes," which is set for publication in the Texas Entertainment and Sports Law Journal this April, 2009.
