Holly A. McFall is an associate at Dellutri Law Group, PA.   Ms. McFall received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with Minors in both Economics and Criminology, at the University of Florida.  She then moved on to both law school and business school at the University of Florida, where she simultaneously earned both her Juris Doctor degree and Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. 

After Law School, Ms. McFall focused her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Financing and Bankruptcy Law, representing a wide range of clients, from private individuals in small matters to large real estate developers in complex transactions. 

Ms. McFall is licensed to practice law in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  She is a member of the Florida Bar since 2005, the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association, the Lee County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Lee County Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.

Today, she specializes in consumer bankruptcy and foreclosure defense for the Dellutri Law Group, helping her clients to turn one of the hardest times in their lives into a fresh new start by maximizing all of the potential tools available through the Federal bankruptcy laws.  She finds this challenging work extremely rewarding and looks forward to each new opportunity to tackle the unique opportunities that each case brings to the table.
