Associate Attorney

Dominico Palma was born and raised in Roseto, Pennsylvania--a small town between the Poconos and Lehigh Valley. He graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2019 where he commissioned as an officer in the Florida Army National Guard. In 2022, he received his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law.

Who Is Dominico When He’s Not Being an Attorney?

When Dominico isn’t busy as an attorney or guardsman, he can be found spending time with his English bulldog Apollo, his friends, or his family at the beach or golfing. Dominico prides himself on being an active member of the community and meeting new people. If you have gotten to meet Dominico, you know that he loves nothing more than a good conversation.

What Is Dominico Passionate About?

Dominico’s hometown is known for “The Roseto Effect.” The Roseto Effect was a study that showed how people were living longer because they had such a strong community, trust in each other, and low stress lives. Dominico sees himself as a steward of the Roseto Effect by creating a stress-free strong community through advocating for and advising others.

Dominico grew up helping his mother with her nonmedical homecare agency, where he grew a passion for helping the elderly and families. Dominico has first-hand experience seeing the tough decisions families must make when a loved one grows older and how proper planning can make a hard situation a little bit easier.

Dominico graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Military Science. While at Shippensburg, Dominico completed the Army ROTC program, commissioning as an officer in the Florida Army National Guard in 2019. Dominico moved to Naples to attend Ave Maria School of Law while serving in Florida Army National Guard.

In 2022, Dominico received his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, Dominico co-founded the Italian-American Law Student Association (ITALSA), was a member of the National Italian-American Bar Association (NIABA), Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning Association, Federalist Society, and Student Bar Association.

Dominico is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida and the Middle District of Florida in the United States District Court. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and Collier County Bar Association.
