Background: I was born in Australia, raised in Costa Rica and I moved to Nicaragua when I was 16 years old, Started working when I was 17 years old making leather purses earning 14$ per week, after that I worked for SWAROVSKI store in Nicaragua as an ambassador and after that I finished studying English and I was able to get a better paid job. Over 6 years of experience in the BPO industry and over 3 years as a freelance now.
