It is unlikely that your creditors will actually attend a meeting of creditors for a chapter 13 . Prior to the meeting of creditors, creditors are required to file a proof of claim. Once the proof of claim is submitted, your attorney will make sure that everything is legitimate and that the form was filed properly. Then, the bankruptcy trustee will continue looking at your income and expenses moving forward, and your attorney may ask you to provide updated income documents.
