Our Real-Life Superhero

Did you know that we have our own superhero working here at Dellutri Law Group? His name is Joe LoTempio.

Joe is originally from New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from St. John Fisher College, and from there, he went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Ave Maria School of Law.

Now, Joe is Dellutri Law Group’s consumer protection superhero and has been with our firm for almost six years. He has a passion for standing up for those who need a voice, protection, and justice after being taken advantage of, so it’s no wonder he decided to go into consumer law. He loves protecting consumers from insurance and mortgage companies, other law firms, and debt collectors and homeowners associations. Joe’s Robin Hood mentality makes him especially keen on consumer law, and his ventures have taken him to state and federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and appellate courts, including the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

We call Joe “Captain America” not only because he’s a champion of the people, but because he is a Marvel fanatic. Joe has turned our whole firm into Marvel fans, and we can all agree that his career fits right in with his love of comic books and superheroes.

Joe will always be a defender of the people because of his big heart and his willingness to lend a hand. He has a never-say-die attitude, which is why he has been so successful in consumer law. We all love talking to Joe about Marvel movies; he’s got us so invested that the whole firm waits for new movies with bated breath. If we weren’t nerds before, we are now!

I came into the Marvel scene pretty late, and it’s all thanks to Joe that I am a fan at all. I have spent the last two years learning about the Marvel Universe, and I’ve got to say, I love the “Guardians of the Galaxy” series. Before Joe, I had watched some Marvel movies, and I did enjoy them for the most part, but I had never been able to put all the stories together. After many long conversations with Joe, I’m now able to fully understand the comic books, and I can follow the movies closely with a deeper appreciation of the storyline.

Now, watching Marvel movies takes me to a whole new universe. Recently, Joe and I have been debating the location of the final Infinity Stone, which has yet to be uncovered in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Joe explained some internet theories to me, but his own theory is much different. Unfortunately, I can’t share Joe’s theory with you because I was sworn to secrecy. We will have to watch the upcoming Marvel films, starting with November’s “Thor: Ragnarok,” to see where that last Infinity Stone turns up! Thank you, Joe, for all that you do at Dellutri Law Group. We appreciate your big heart, work ethic, and love for people. You are essential to our team.

And ladies: He’s single!
